Day 5 #stretchrevolution is the wide legged forward fold. I just left the mall but while I was there I figured why not. Day 3 of #stretchrevolution seated forward fold. Like I've said, I'm not flexible. My hamstrings are so tight so I used a resistance band to help. This does not look like I'm doing anything but trust me, I FELT it lol.
