YALL i’m back after 7 months, relapsing bc i’m going through my 9th breakup in the past 4 years (ik i’m a dumbass + m*n don’t hmu pls) and this one hit especially hard n i didnt know how else to cope lmao. BUT i missed you guys!!

whenever the hunger pains get really bad i just pretend that it’s pain from being extremely full. like even though i know it’s not it still scares my ed brain and i lose my appetite. am i just crazy or does this work for others too??

🤍 what i ate today (jan. 22, 2022) 🤍

so i didn’t post a wieiad since the 21st because i’ve been v busy this weekend (i have been logging tho), but i’m currently 40.5 hours into a fast that was supposed to just be 24 hours but i got ambitious and i’m aiming for over 48 now. i also ditched omad for this one day because i had an exam and needed the energy so i tried keeping it as low cal as possible.

🤍 breakfast 🤍 : black coffee (0), nasty-looking but v tasty oatmeal (100) mixed w/ zero sugar chobani greek yogurt (60) : 160 cals

🤍 lunch 🤍 : tuna w/ crackers (150), grapes (40) : 190 cals

🤍 dinner 🤍 : 1 whole cucumber (50), cherry tomatoes (20), carrots (30) : 100 cals

total for today: 450 cals

🤍 what i ate today (jan. 20, 2022) 🤍

i’m rly not happy with today :/ my boyfriend noticed that i’m not eating and that i’ve been really weak and dizzy, so he forced me to go to flame broiler and eat a meal with him. i’m still under my 500 daily cal limit but eating restaurant food is a nightmare for me rn. BUT, flame broiler lists all their cals on their website so that made me more comfortable. anyways here’s the calorie breakdown lmao

mini chicken bowl w/ brown rice: 370

“magic sauce”: 50

diet coke: 0

kitkat miniature: 50

okay so i have to vent rq :

so i have a super dysfunctional relationship w my mom. while i was recovering over the past like 4 months, we would argue. and the reason why i just relapsed is bc during one of our arguments last week she goes “are you upset because you got fat and you’re taking it out on me?”

literally the most triggering thing i’ve ever experienced. but she does this bc she KNOWS i have an ed and knows that it’s one of the only things that even gets under my skin anymore.

so i didn’t eat for 3 days and SHE WAS JEALOUS OF ME because my mom is pretty overweight and even has disordered eating herself, and kept trying to make fun of me for starving myself. like?? girl you legit called me fat and now you’re trying to make me feel bad for starving myself just because you’re jealous that you can’t do the same?

anyways i dropped 5lbs since then and seeing that look on her face while she’s eating in front of me and i’m not, and seeing her jealous stare when my clothes start to get even looser on me is so fucking motivating.

🤍 what i ate today (jan. 19, 2022) 🤍

breaking my 24 hour fast with this meal! i guess i’m technically doing omad now since i’m gonna be doing 24hr. fasts every day now and only eating one meal at or below 500 cals.

this one came out to be 445 calories. ofc the big number puts me off but i find one “high calorie” meal once a day is a lil more sustainable for me personally than 3 super low cal ones throughout the day, and as long as i stay under 500 we’re chillin. plus this was absolutely bussin and so filling.

2 low cal toast slices: 80

2 tbsp guacamole: 50

2 eggs: 140

1 medium apple: 100

chobani zero sugar: 60

frozen berries: 15

jasmine tea: 0

- total for today: 445 calories
