Intro

Hey Tumblrs!

I am very new to Tumblr but I thought I’d give it a try! I want to start blogging so thought this would be a fun place to start.. the focus of my posts will definitely be on health and fitness, student life and study motivation, as well as food experiences and pretty much anything and everything I feel like talking about! My goal is to reach out to like minded people and gain some education and inspiration myself.

My Backgroud….

I am a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. This year I will be attending Sheridan College for a program in fundamentals of fitness leadership.

My Interests….

I have a passion for health and fitness and an even bigger passion for good food and craft beer. I am a science nerd and find the human body and mind so fascinating. I have a huge interest in athletics and sports and love to take part in any sporting activities that I can!

I will be posting both written blogs, and pictures and hopefully get into doing some vlogs as well (if I don’t chicken out !!)
