Can we talk about how House very specifically had rented porn that Wilson was in when he otherwise would have used the Internet as was his precedent, jokingly invited Wilson to masturbate when he caught him with porn, got mad when Wilson returned it, and then quipped that because he no longer had the Wilson™ porn he had to pull out Wilson's family photos (of which Wilson would be in). And then of course he had to cover it all up as a prank at the end after being caught... Because once Wilson was clear headed he probably would have put the pieces together. This is all canon btw.

Listen I’m not firmly on either side of Cuddy and House vs. House and Wilson. But I think arguably one of the most loving (platonic or romantic) things I’ve ever seen on prime time television is Wilson and House going back and forth on furniture for the condo in s6e16. House eventually tells Wilson that he doesn’t want him to be defined by someone else’s choices (referring to Wilson always letting his wife or girlfriend at the time decorate their place).

Then Wilson buys an organ for House. It’s the only thing he picked himself. And I feel like that could be interpreted not as House selfishly defining Wilson, but as Wilson purposefully letting House into his life. House is a part of him.

And then to top it all off, House says, with pure joy and warmth in his eyes, “I like what this says about you Wilson.” And the shot cuts to Wilson who looks so happy tears are actually brimming in his eyes.

And then to top it all off even more, A Whiter Shade of Pale by Procol Harum closes out the episode. Like wtf.

i feel like a lot of Hilson Content that i do see (whether it be text posts or edits or even just like. memes) seems to be subscribing to a dynamic between house and wilson which does not in actuality exist between them, but is essentially the dynamic between house and cuddy. like the ship you actually want is right fucking there. and it’s even canon. but you don’t like women so

Shipping Huddy should be over forever after watching 5.14 The Greater Good! In this episode, Cuddy treated House like sh!t! And don't respond to this with saying that House said cruel things to Cuddy! She deserved every insult House hurled to her!
