eliana let out a sound of disbelief. “ gabe, you’re going to ruin them, “  pouting as she stepped away from his hold. “ get up and i might just be nice enough to set you off with a warning ( and without taking points ) AND not tell madame pince about all this. “

Gabe let out a groan of annoyance and rolled onto his stomach so that he could look up at Eliana clearly. “And what exactly are you going to tell Madame Pince?” he chuckled, “that I deserve a warning and detention for studying?” He shook his head lightly, “Good one...”

 “park grabbed another gummy for herself , and was about to poke gabe in the eye and tell him that he could stroke his own hair , when she realized she could use this as leverage ( and it played out in park’s head , ‘ hey , I stroked your greasy hay of hair , so do my potions homework !’. “alright , but I ‘ m holding this against you , “ she warns , than begins fingering his blonde locks. ( which would smell like watermelon gummies now , since park didn’t bother to wipe her hand on the edge of her skirt ).

Gabe smiled, pulling the paper higher in order to read it clearly, not failing to notice the specks of gummies that were flaking across his head. He would shower before dinner anyway, preferring to get into the showers before the before-bed rush. He wasn’t lying, having his head petted like a Labrador did help him concentrate. The fact that Gabe’s own patronus was a Labrador puppy was just a coincidence to this. “Why are you hanging about in here anyway?” he murmured absently.

”Really?” He questioned all too fast, before a brief shy smile crossed his face. “That’s not true!” Was it? He did have a habit of putting schoolwork ahead of most things, so he was in and out of the library all the time. “How’re you holding up here?” Mercer wasn’t sure if Gabe was just starting or ready to clean up.

Gabe’s mouth flickered into a small smile at Mercer’s protest, before shrugging softly and beginning to push the ‘organised pile’ to the left. He didn’t see anything wrong with being conscientious about your studies, but Gabe’s own efforts came in desperate waves, with a week of hard work and studying before he would undoubtedly slack off. “Just about ready to kill myself,” he admitted with a small chuckle, “though then I suppose I’d become a ghost and have to stay here forever, can’t think of anything worse!”

“Now THIS is exactly how one should study. Lying on the floor, surrounded by books to make it look like you’re doing work whilst simultaneously doing absolutely fuck all.” Tilting his head to one side slightly, he looked at Gabriel and grinned before flopping himself onto the floor beside him so he could also lie down. “Has anyone ever told you that you’re a genius?”

Gabe grinned as James flopped down beside him, and he reached for a couple of larger books, using one to prop up his head as a pillow before passing the other casually to the other male. “My genius rarely gets noticed,” he admitted with a short chuckle, “but I’m glad to see you’re observant. The trick is to look so astronomically busy, people think they’d better leave you alone to work- they don’t even notice you aren’t doing anything!”

”I’m a lot hotter than her, I have to admit that.” he smirked. “No, you’re not. I’m just so bored I hopped into the library, can you imagine?” he scoffed, not thinking he’d step foot into the building all year. “Exam Prep?”

Gabe grinned, his eyes widening a little at Louis’ excuse for being in the library. “Merlin mate,” he shook his blonde head, “I can’t imagine being that bored...” He shuffled a couple of papers again, not really paying attention now that he had someone else there to entertain him. “Just trying to keep my head above water,” he admitted, glancing down to the text books surrounding him.

park had a bag of sour gummies in one hand , and a magazine in the other. the library - much to the librarian ’ s dismay - had become park ‘ s ‘study hangout’ , although she barely studied in the library , watching people in crisis amused the witch. plopping herself next to the greengrass , park handed him a gummy sour watermelon. ‘ it looks like you need it , ‘ she says , the smallest bit of sympathy in her voice.

If there was one thing Gabriel needed at that moment, it was a bag of candy, and he took the gummy watermelon off her with a grateful groan of delight. “You are an angel,” he praised, taking the candy between his lips and relishing the sour taste. Despite still being sprawled across the floor and in everyone’s way at least now he had Park’s company and he decided to see how much he could get away with since she appeared to be in a generous mood. Manoeuvring himself so that his head was on her lap, he started to read from one of the many sheets of paper surrounding him. “Would you mind stroking my head?” he grinned cheekily, “it helps me concentrate.”

” gabe, what in merlin’s name are you doing? “ the blonde almost shrieked, seeing the boy practically laying on scattered books.

Gabriel grinned cheekily up at the sight of Eliana, before stretching his arms out above his head, making to grab her ankles. “Obviously I’m making a nest here on the floor,” he smirked, “it’s actually quite comfortable, want to join me?”

Mercer was ahead in class again, something he tried to keep up with consistently. If he didn’t love Care of magical Creatures so much, potions would probably be his favourite instead. He was rounding the corner into a different aisle when he stopped short with the sight of the mess. “Expecting someone else?” Small smile appearing, he carefully stepped over some of the papers in order to place the book he’d been using back in it’s proper place.

Gabriel chuckled again at the sight of Mercer, always a friendly face around the castle. He shrugged, sitting up and glancing at the mess around him, reaching out to move some into an ‘organised pile’ as the other male pushed his book back onto the shelf. “I could have guessed it was you,” Gabe teased, “you’re the only one in here more than me!”

Her brows furrow at the sight of the male in his position, unable to help the curiosity that etches upon her features, tilting her head as she gazes at him. “What exactly ARE you doing?” She questions with a chuckle before taking a seat upon his stomach, “Are you attempting to cram the entire library into your head, Greengrass?” Playful finger poking him gently in the side.

A dramatic groan fell from his lips, as though she were far heavier than she was and he reached out to wrap his large hand around her finger, stopping her from poking him again. “That was the aim,” he admitted, reaching up with his spare hand to tug playfully on a lock of her hair, “but it’s hardly happening now with you here to distract me!”

Louis peered down at the older male, snickering. “I’m sure you’re glad i’m not the librarian. She’d be throwing a tantrum right now.” the redhead said leaning against the bookshelf. “What are you doing here, anyways? I mean with all those books and papers out like that?”

Gabriel grinned cheekily back up at the redhead, “It’s true, I much prefer looking up at you and not that ancient old bat’s skirt right now...” He propped himself up on his elbows, looking around him, “Just exam prep,” he sighed before glancing up at Louis, “am I in your way? I can move?”

Sprawled across the library floor, papers and books surrounding him, Gabriel Greengrass let out a yawn and placed the open text-book on his chest. The approaching footsteps could have been anyone, but he particularly didn’t want it to be the Librarian- the mess he had made would send her into a shit-fit. “Oh thank god,” Gabe chuckled as he looked up to identify the stranger, happy that it wasn’t the old crone who patrolled the library aisles.

Raising a toddler as a single father in a massive castle definitely had its hardships. Jeremy couldn’t look away for barely a moment before Danielle was already latching onto someone’s leg.

Immediately Jeremy’s cheeks flush red, bending down to pick up his daughter who is insistent on remaining locked to the other’s leg, “Dani!” Before looking at the other with sympathy, “Sorry…I guess the Princess likes you.” He says as he presses a kiss on his daughter’s head before picking her up and resting her upon his hip.

A small tug on his ankle was all it took for Gabriel to tense up. Small children, as much as he found their likeness to house-elves entertaining, where not his favourite things in the world. He couldn’t for the life of him imagine why one would be running around the castle and grasping on to him of all people. The Slytherin patted the toddler’s head in the nicest gesture he could manage and glanced around for the owner of the child. “You know, you should really control your young...” Gabriel stated as the girl was pulled away from him, “Hogwarts isn’t exactly the safest place for a rogue baby.”

GABRIEL GREENGRASS is a SEVENTH YEAR WIZARD in SLYTHERIN. Their favourite subject is DEFENSE AGAINST THE DARK ARTS but their least favourite is POTIONS. If you asked anyone who knew them, they say they look particularly like WILL TUDOR and would describe them as ELOQUENT and ENTERTAINING but also IMPULSIVE and CARELESS. 

Ok so Gabriel is the only child of Daphne Greengrass. After graduating Daphne travelled the world before eventually working in Scandinavia. There she met a handsome Danish diplomat, who quickly knocked her up and made it clear he wasn’t interested. Daphne proceeded to return to England and raise Gabriel single-handedly.

Gabe has had absolutely nothing to do with his father in his life, and happily took his mother’s name. He’s never questioned her or pushed her for more information about his Dad, happy without one.

Gabe is openly bi-sexual. He prefers the company of women (in general) but does find himself attracted to guys.

Gabriel wants to be an Auror when he leaves Hogwarts, and works consistently to make sure his grades are adequate, though he often struggles with potions.

he is a goof. literally like a big goofy golden retriever puppy, in all mannerisms. his patronus is also this animal which shows how well suited he is.

very likable, MASSIVE FLIRT. Gabriel with flirt with an empty portrait frame even if people are looking, he can’t help it, he just fancies everyone.
