Jasmine Suites Elevator Override

Hello everyone! If you are tired of the old raggedy orange elevator in the Jasmine Suites, it is time for an update!

I created this very simple override that changes the color of the orange elevator to a black one!

As of right now it will change all of the elevators that are the same model and same color in the Sims 4 (I haven't done my research, but I believe that it is only in the Jasmine Suites)

Soon, I will come out with the metal color and probably create one for other apartments too. If you have any requests, please let me know down in the comments!

I've never done this before, but I was thinking of doing a little round-up post for the first months of 2026, because I feel like it's a nice format to show everything I posted recently and give you a little outlook on what's coming next! (gosh, I sound like a content creator - sorry, I just love writing nonsensical posts about my hobby! Maybe I should create a substack although those pivoted into monetising hobbies in lightning speed as well. )

So, I posted 4 buildings in the past 2 months, 3 in March alone - on the creativity front, it seems like this month was great! And it really was, because I finished 2 additional builds that I haven't shared but posted about (1/2).

Villa degli Albertini was originally intended as a 6k follower gift last summer, but I didn't finish it because I wasn't inspired to build the garden area or create the floor plan. Once the news about the new pack was out, I thought it would fit quite well into the world, but unfortunately, there isn't any fitting lot for the building in Ondarion, so it's probably better off staying in Tartosa. The other three buildings were built in an oh-my-god-I'm-inspired haze once I actually got the last EP. I am really happy with the BB from that pack, because it is incredibly versatile and can be combined so well with items from the past packs, and that's what I essentially did in these buildings.

My goal is to finish at least Verdemar before I'll move onto Dambele and finally get to build there. Bellacorde is not necessarily on my to-do list. I started a build already for the 64x64 lot, but it will take ages, and I've never finished a lot this size before, so that should tell you everything.

I have no plans to share new builds for this month anymore, but(!) April is soon approaching, and if you followed me for the past 2 years, you'll know it's my ~birthday month~ and I celebrate by posting 3-4 new builds. Here are last year's builds; these are the 2024 builds. So far, I don't know which buildings I'll share, but I have a long list of projects (here), and if there's one build you need in your game, tell me, I might make it happen (no promises).

Additionally, I also had the absolute pleasure of working with @willowcreektownie on a cc collaboration, so in case you missed it, here you go!

Another Scottish inspired no CC build, been having a lot of fun with these!

(This one is also up in my gallery if you're interested! I realized a little late that I forgot to finish a room or two but for the most part its finished lmao.)

I also plan on eventually getting back to CC builds, just for now I am having issues with save bloat and lag so I have been using only in game content while I go through my CC folders and downsize :)
