I haven’t been up to much (new year, old me) so I don’t have anything terribly exciting to share. Still just vibing with my ships and my fics and my books and occasionally oversharing on twitter.

Not looking forward to my upcoming birthday! (am I the only one who hates them? I’ll just have the cake thnkx)

As far as Professor X Student (will grad student/TA work?) recs goes, I don’t have many and most aren’t artsy, but there’s the brightest hour, the classic Epithumia and Renegade Hearts (very smutty) and of course, in the great laugh of mankind.

Talk nerdy to me is a delight, and Primes is sadly on hiatus but it was good.

any recs where -> Rey is super privileged and spoiled- she lives with her grandfather (Palpatine) who is EXTREMELY rich. Kylo comes from a more humble background though his mother might be involved in politics... they meet at a wild party thrown by people they know but are not close to. Rey acts like a bitch and looks down at Kylo - and he thinks she's a stuck up brat who was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, but after some time they understand that there is more to each other than meets the eye. Rey feels worthless and that people only want her for her money and Kylo feels like he'll never live up to his parents expectations. they bond.

no clue if stuff with this plot/trope/premise actually exists -> it can be a prompt then. perhaps you have some recs with a slightly similar vibe though? 😩🙏🏻📖
