The Demon of Soho

Several days ago, I had a dream. I stood at a harbour, and a girl was before me. Her eyes were covered with a blindfold. She told me something along the lines of “I have a bad feeling this is the last time I’ll see you alive.” Then she told me, I was to go to Soho to fulfill my karma; do what I was meant to do.

This will be the first of several expressions to the imagery and feelings that stayed behind when I woke up.

Real talk, though. This is more of a present to a friend of mine who has been a constant backer since I started drawing seriously. And despite my limited reach, this person never once stopped cheering me on.

Speaking of royalty, there was another piece I had due for this week, or more accurately, yesterday/today. I’m not one to make a Queen wait, but life can be awful like that sometimes. Still, that’s the next thing coming, and people who know me probably know what it’ll be.
