Took 7 playthroughs but I finally finished maxing out all of the scouts in VII :’).

I had surprisingly good luck with resetting for the cards, got three SR cards within an hour & i just on & off tried for Neptune for probably around 2 - 3 hours total so in all honestly i’m content.
