[Summer Trip Collection] - Tied Shirt & Long Skirt
Hi! This is the third and fourth item from the collection, is HQ compatible and can be found in the top and bottom sections of the CAS
The swatches for the skirt are blue, purple, pink, brown , white, yellow and you have versions with strips, flowers and geometrical summer patterns.

The Overgrown Above Ground Pool set comes with several decorative above ground pool items to enhance your Sims’ summer back yard look. Pools require a lot of work to maintain to prevent moss and algae growth, so be sure to utilize your Pool Cleaning Supplies and Floating Pool Chemical Dispenser to keep the moss and algae at bay, or don’t! for a unique overgrown pond look.
Pool items come in standard blue, light blue, and gray, with 5 overgrown progression swatches showcasing new, sun-bleached, dirty, mossy, and extra-mossy swatch progressions.

Are the items functional?
Sort of.
The Overgrown Above Ground Pool Deco is functionally a fountain, so your Sims can use the interaction “Toss Coin” into it.
The Floating Pool Chemical Dispenser has a new, custom “Clean Pool” interaction that plays a chemical dispensing vfx.
The Above Ground Pool Foundation can be applied to pools raised above the ground to give the look of an above ground pool that your Sims can swim in.
The Above Ground Pool Ladder Jumpstand can be used against real Pools as a jumpstand, which requires Get to Work to function.
All items are 100% 3D modelled and textured by me
Almost all items are Base Game Compatible with all necessary LODs

Refresh matches as much as you want, without cooldowns!
The app now shows 15 randomly generated Sims and 5 existing Sims per refresh. This does not change how many Sims are downloaded from the gallery, that's done on EA's side and can't be changed with mods.
Contact up to 20 Sims per day, which is probably more than you'll ever need! (Note: This requires Script Mods to be enabled, since normal tuning doesn't allow this to be set higher than 3)
Take your date bowling!
With this mod your Sims can choose Bowling as a date activity for any type of date (romantic, get to know, etc.), including Blind Dates.
Make sure you have a Bowling Alley placed in the world! (You can try my Bowling Alley Lot Trait for Bar Lots to help you build bowling skill.)
I’ve set it so that performing any of the bowling activities will count toward the date…
The Willow Creek Cemetery is located on a 64x64 lot. In addition to many countless graves, new and old, there is an old church. Services can be held in this church. In the basement of the church there is also a sacristy and a crypt. In the side aisle of the church there is enough space for a funeral ceremony, including a room for a subsequent funeral reception. For a realistic gameplay I recommend the lot traits (chruch, graveyard) from KiaraSims and the Mortem Mod from @simrealist.

this mod adds a "cry" action to your sim's main menu with my custom animation and a new moodlet.

after completing the action, a moodlet will appear:
this action appears in the following moods:
sad
stressed
uncomfortable
scared
embarrassed
the action applies to the following groups: teenagers-elders.
for teenagers, crying helps increase emotional control if you play with the parenthood game pack.
I also added privacy distance. when you press action, the sim will ask other people in the room to leave so they can cry alone. It works the same way as with a shower or toilet. therefore, romantic partners can cry in front of each other as much as they want.
(hurray! I learned something new in modding again, I’m very happy. I was also away for a long time because my laptop was being repaired due to too much tea on the keyboard)
No Auto Swim & Gain Hygiene and Fun Faster+Bladder (Optional)
Tired of your Sims autonomously swimming? Want them to gain hygiene while swimming? This mod lets your sims gain hygiene and fun (faster) while swimming but also disallows autonomous swimming in pools and the ocean. Yay!
When I initially made this mod I made multiple flavors, but for now I am just doing this combo one. :)
