Hi everyone. This post is gonna be different from my normal content (if you can even call it that, lol) and a lot more rambly (is that a word?)
For a couple years now I've been wanting to make a comic. I was never sure though, about what. Recently I've been writing a Spideytorch fanfic, and I've been having a bunch of brilliant and vivid ideas that my ADHD won't let me get down onto the screen.
I realized that maybe this would be the chance to make my comic. With a hard consistent schedule, I could get more motivation than just staring at a blank screen.
The only problem is that I'm not the greatest at art and drawing. I guess you could call me decent, but that's about it. So I wanted to see if anybody here would be interested in a comic with the art style featured below:
Drew this piece of Daredevil yesterday, and I'd say this is a good representation of what the art would look like (though I'd probably do some shading and highlights and stuff).
Now on to the actual content of the comic, what would be in it?
My plan was a high school AU Spideytorch fic, where Johnny transfers to Midtown Tech for mysterious reasons (it would be a funny reveal, I swear) and Peter struggles with his sexuality while also struggling with the fact that Johnny is kind of unlikeable at first.
I don't want to do an enemies to lovers thing, but my ideas might change if this ever takes off. I want it to be a frenemies to lovers, if that's a thing lol.
Also as a warning I should say that I might not update every week if this happens, because school happens to exist.
More warnings of stuff that might be in the comic:
- underage drinking/drug use
-implied sexual content (nothing explicit)
-heavy cussing
