thank you for this great post, OP. looking at the comments, I think it might be helpful here to mention BDS (boycott, divestment, sanctions), which is a Palestinian-led movement calling for a targeted boycott of a few specific companies. an explanation in their own words:

The Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC) calls for a boycott of Israeli and international companies that are complicit in violations of Palestinian rights. Virtually all Israeli companies are complicit to some degree in Israel’s system of occupation and apartheid. We focus our boycotts on a small number of companies and products for maximum impact. We focus on companies that play a clear and direct role in Israel’s crimes and where we think we can have an impact.

here is a list of companies that they are calling to boycott. there is some variation by country so I encourage you to use that website to look it up for your country.

as it is, the main targets do not include McDonalds, Starbucks, or Disney+, but that does not mean that it isn't a good idea to boycott those as well - in fact, the ideal is to boycott all Israeli businesses involved in the violation of Palestinian rights. I will personally not be supporting any of those three companies listed by the OP.
