Oyyy do I have to blow!

When I was in college, there was a particular friend who just loved to announce her plan to blow her nose. It was like a warning of the blast to come… When she had a cold, she would walk around with a box of tissues and tell everybody of her intent.

The best part was that it took different forms… Like the following

1- sorry, I have to blow my nose

2- oyyy, do I have the blow this thing

3- been blowing all day- sorry!

4- if I have to blow my nose, one more time, it’s gonna fall off.

I can never think of a time that he just took out a tissue and blew her horn.

Then when it was over… She’d reference it again with an apology. If she sneezed or the blow was snotty…it would add to her vehemence.

1- oops that was disgiusting, sorry

2- ewwww. Sorry a sneeze AND a blow. Yuck!

3- Wow the horn works how bout the lights.

4- this stupid nose! Sorry

Needless to say, I’d be rather aroused the first time around… Then by the tremendous blow… And again when she would apologize. I would always tell her not to worry that blowing was what happened when someone had a cold and was perfectly natural and to not worry about me.

… Needless to say, she never had to worry about me ;)
