Breakfast ♥️ 1/3 cup steel cut oats cooked in 1 cup water or almond milk. Topped with banana, strawberries, blueberries and almond butter 🌸

VEGAN BANANA BREAD 🍞🍌

If you like banana and bread then you’re in for a real treat! (Paleo, gluten free and vegan option!)

Ingredients=

1 cup almond flour

½ tsp baking soda

2 ripe bananas, mashed

½ cup almond butter or nut butter of choice

1 egg/flax egg beaten

2 tbsp maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix wet and dry ingredients separate and then add them in together

Add batter to pan

Bake for 20-25 mins, or until done

Let cool before slicing into 9 bars
