What do you do for your recovery.?
Rest twice a week. If I do anything active it is a brisk walk. Nothing more than that. I also deload every month since I train going to failure most of my workouts. Going to failure is very taxing on the nervous system. My deload week is the same week of my period since my strength naturally drops due to the hormonal changes during that time. We work with our bodies not against it. 🦾
