Cartman AU concept design + Extra sketches

This is the last work I'll have done on my ipad, since its basically dead now, I was lucky to recover these images, so enjoy a little behind the scenes peek! (If you wish to see my fleshed out Kyle concept click here!) I'm actually so happy with my Cartman idea!! He has longer hair since I figure he'd be too lazy to cut it, and the colouring is really nice in my opinion, I hope I can recreate this kind of effect on other art programs, since I won’t be able to use procreate anymore.

Concept sketches update + death of my ipad 💔

So my ipad is kind of on its way out.. I'm almost done with a concept design of Cartman to post but unfortunately I won't be doing much more with my poor ipad..

So I have ordered myself a brand new pen for my drawing tablet (since I lost mine a long time ago, hence using the ipad), so my project will not be halted!! You can’t fucking stop me universe.

The Cartman concept will be posted later, along with some sketches of other characters, as a bit of a final send-off to me using exclusively using my ipad on procreate. Magma dot com era here we come..

Testing out ideas for my au's art.

Just a sketch of some ideas I had for Kyle in GarrisonPark, I think tumblr messed up the quality a lot but I guess I'll know when it's posted -_-" Ignore the anatomy n stuff like I said it's just a test!! AAHH HELLO!! I'm so glad you've taken an interest!! He's one of my favs too :) The other main villain will be Chef, come back to life and under Garrisons influence. While he's a victim of Garrison too, it doesn't mean his hands are exactly clean..

There will be more antagonists but I don’t wanna spoil too much so they're your main duo.

Hi Click! Honestly I almost fell from chair when I spotted your blog bc I never thought someone'd care enough to make an AU or a visual novel named after him (but I'm more than happy to see this). I'm curious about what's included in this AU and would you like to elaborate? ^ ^ (sorry if I missed some info already updated)

OH MY GOSH UH HI OMG

I honestly didn't expect to get an ask so soon!! I highly appreciate it and that you've taken an interest in my AU!

I need to flesh out the details and I don't have a full plot yet but I'll try to summerise the basis of my concept!

☆ All the south park kids r now all 18-19, in a dystopia created by Mr Garrison when they were 13.

I thought something that would match something the show would do was to have the cause of this just be one of the kids asking him something mundane and him going NUTS like "I'M SICK OF THIS TOWN.." stuff haha

So he storms off and accidentally uncovers a radioactive waste hidden in the forest, and he begins to experiment with it, creating minions to help him and revitalising Chef, manipulating him to join his tyranny.

When theyre 13 he has successfully made an army, and begins to kidnap all the parents and siblings for experimentation with his newfound tools and the radioactive waste.

The novel would start when they are 17-18, so I can lean into deeper sides of their characters, struggling to deal with knowing their teenage years have been wasted surviving in a wasteland dictated by Garrison, etc.

The radiation has also now began to erode the world around them, making environments, creatures and certain characters have different looks/abilities over time (negative and positive).

Sick of their suffering they understand they have to plan to regain their town, with as many survivors from the war as possible.

There are other aspects I don't wish to fully reveal until I have more done/the project is finished, as I'd like to surprise people, but thats about the gist of it!!

I hope to include themes and morals I find important to at most leave people with a different perspective on the world, and at least understand someone elses perspective, I want it to mean something you know?

I'm rambling a bit but I'm just very passionate about this AU ><"

I will begin to post when I have interesting things to share about what I have completed or started making to do with my project, so that I know what I've done for today, and as a reminder of how far I have come!

2 days ago I created my first map draft, started a neocities page, and began to plan out what I must do to get my idea into a tangible thing. I'm working on my neocities page to some difficulty, as I've never played with html before, but I'm sure I'll figure it out.

Happy with the map, though I might remove some things and I need to add the antagonists location.

My plans I'm fully happy with, I'll start making a list of what I should be doing in order next!

My neocities page will take some time, I don’t really recommend looking it up as its a little broken and not worth your time. I'm making it because I'd like to archive my work, ideas, progress and any related websites into one place, and I think neocities is very lovely.

I'm making a South Park AU visual novel with renpy called GarrisonPark! (name pending) I am very new to coding, website making, game production, etc.... it's just something for myself mostly, but if people would like to follow along my journey I'm more than happy to share it!
