Salmon Grilling Hint…..   Grilling fish can be a pain because the skin inevitably gets stuck to the grate, particularly when cooking salmon. Avoid this by placing a few thin slices of lemon or lime on the grill, and the fish on top. Not only will your cleanup be easier, but the citrus flavor will also taste great with the seafood.

Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone & Caramel Sauce

Make this mouthwatering summer dessert for your next barbecue get-together! Here’s what you need:

Peaches

Coconut oil

Mascarpone, available in our deli and the dairy section

Stonewall Kitchen Bourbon Pecan Caramel Sauce, available in our grocery aisles

Simply slice the peaches in half, remove the pit and brush the peach halves with melted coconut oil. Heat your grill to medium and grill the peaches cut side down for three minutes. Remove them from the heat, top them with mascarpone and drizzle with caramel sauce.
