Gary’s media outlets include a bi-lingual print publication, news web portal and smartphone application. His company’s platform helps American companies directly reach the Latino community. By doing so, he is simultaneously providing the Latino community with much-needed resources and support. Gary also heads up El Punto Network, a networking organization specifically designed to bring together American & Latino professionals through carefully organized events that promote business collaboration between the two groups. As an entrepreneur he never stops creating, Gary is currently working on putting together the first ever Latino Bridal & Quince Expo on the east coast. Gary has been a major contributor and promoter of business growth and development here on the Island. His past achievements include founding Long Island Professionals, a long Island based Networking Group that has grown to over 1,500 members in 3 years and Co-Founding the Startup New Media Summit which was held at the Woodbury Country Club in 2013 and promoted Entrepreneurship initiatives here on Long Island. Gary has been featured in Long Island Business News and mentioned in a number of blogs about entrepreneurship.  Before becoming his own boss, Gary worked on Wall Street at The Roosevelt Investment Group, an Investment Management firm where he was the Associate Regional Director for the Northeast and Southwest Regions.  He is a Graduate of St. John’s University with a Bachelors in Government & Politics. Business Expo today in Queens

U.S. Rep. Grace Meng, D-Flushing, will hold an event this coming weekend to showcase American-owned companies based in Queens. The congresswoman’s Make It In America expo will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sept. 28 at Glendale’s Shops at Atlas Park, located at 80-00 Cooper Ave.
