Summary:
“Oh, for Gaunt’s sake.” He cursed under his breath. “And you didn’t even tell me the moment I entered the room?”
“Sebastian.”
“What?” The brunette turned to Ominis, his smile innocent.
“Have you been saying ‘Gaunt’ or ‘God’? Surely, my ears aren’t already failing me,” Ominis said in a dryly sarcastic drawl, one eyebrow raised.
Sebastian only watched—stared—at Ominis as he spoke. His smirk faded, finding himself almost in a trance as he took in the way his blonde hair was a bit messed up and how his pale blue eyes were piercing through him with such accuracy.
(That’s kind of hot. Merlin, this is pathetic. Get a fucking grip, Sebastian. This is not the time!)
“Would you enlighten a blind man and tell me what kind of idiocy you are plotting this time, hmm?”

i wrote this little sebinis thing. uhm idk if anyone likes sebinis here but here it is anyway. It's their first kiss :)
· · ─ ·✶· ─ · ·
Ominis was attempting to do his defense against the dark arts homework, very much failing. He stood over the desk, hands placed lazily at his sides. Suddenly, he felt someones breath ghosting over the back of his neck, followed by a hand around his waist. ''Back! Who's there?'' He quickly turned around, pointing his wand defensively. He could hear the familiar chuckle of Sebastian, his best friend and recently, lover. ''Sebastian, this will be the last time you sneak around like so!'' He snapped, his mouth curling into a snarl as he heard Sebastian start to laugh even more. ''Ominis.'' He choked through stifled laughs and giggles. Ominis was confused. What was so bloody funny? ''What?'' He touched his robes-had he gotten anything on them? Nothing. ''You're blushing, Ominis...'' He could practically hear the grin Sebastian was sporting, and it certainly did not help that he could feel his cheeks getting hot. Sebastian got even closer, and for a second their lips brushed. The sensation shot a short rush of heat to Ominis' core, causing him to wince softly. ''Sebastian...what are you-'' He could sense Sebastian now directly in front of him, leaning against the table. Sebastian's hands were on either side of Ominis' waist, slowly making their way up. ''This is inappropiate...'' He was left unheard as Sebastian used one hand to cup Ominis' chin. ''Can I...kiss you?'' His words were soft, gentle as opposed to his usually loud and rough tone. Ominis thought for a moment. They hadn't done anything with each other, and this would be their first kiss. ''I suppose, yes.'' Ominis' words were nearly whispered against Sebastian's lips, which were now going for his. The kiss was slow, gentle, and exactly how Ominis had imagined his first kiss since he was but a child. Obviously, not the part where he was kissing Sebastian, of all people. Sebastian giggled once the kiss broke, the two keeping their faces close. ''You're ever the more flushed, Ominis.''

A gift for the lovely @sebentinuminis!!! Thank you for letting me borrow sweet little Theo! I love himmmm!!!!
Here is about 1,400 words on Sebastian and Ominis raising a baby!
~~~~~~
Theo had grown into his terrible twos phase far too quickly for Sebastian and Ominis to prepare themselves for. It felt like just yesterday they were bringing the babe home, swaddled in a knit blue blanket, his tiny fists waving sleepily in the air.
"Can you believe how little he is?" Sebastian had cooed into the bassinet beside their bed, his fingers tracing over Theo’s soft hair as if afraid he might disappear.
Ominis had only smiled, rubbing slow circles into Sebastian’s back. His heart swelled at the realization that this was their family now, small and perfect and entirely theirs.
As the months passed, Theo quickly outgrew his swaddles and the bassinet, moving into the nursery’s crib. But despite that, Ominis often returned home from work in the evenings to find the little one curled against Sebastian’s chest, both of them fast asleep on the couch.
The brunette always held Theo securely, even in slumber, one hand cradled his head, the other against the diapered bottom. Sebastian would rest his head back against the cushions, mouth slightly parted. Theo, in turn, clung to his father, fingers clenched tight in the loose fabric of Sebastian’s shirt, warm and safe in the place he knew best.
Ominis would pause in the doorway, the scene so familiar and dear to his heart. His fingers would sweep Sebastian’s curls back and press a soft kiss to his husbands forehead.
"Come on, bug," he murmured, barely above a whisper, before gingerly gathering Theo into his arms.
The infant would stir, a little whimper catching in his throat, but Ominis would hum a gentle, soothing note and Theo would settle right back down and sleep through the night.
It was perfect. Theo was an easy baby. Until he wasn't.
~~~
Ominis knew something was wrong from the moment he stepped through the door one early spring evening. The sound of Theo’s relentless, heart-wrenching screams filled the air, rattling the walls. Then came the sharp clatter of something, most likely a toy, being thrown across the next room over.
He heard his husband let out an exasperated groan. “Theo, mate,” Sebastian pleaded with the barely two year old, his voice thick with frustration. “I am begging you. What do you want?”
More wailing. More pounding of tiny feet against the floorboards.
Ominis exhaled slowly, clearing his mind of the difficult day at the Ministry. He could rant to Sebastian about it later. Right now, the two people that mattered more than anything else needed him.
He followed the familiar path down the hall and into their small sitting room, guided by the sound of his husband's heavy breathing. “Sebastian,” Ominis murmured.
Sebastian turned towards his voice and Ominis felt the way everything seemed to soften around them, even just for a moment.
“Ominis,” Sebastian breathed out, relief flooding into his voice before quickly morphing back into frustration. “He’s been like this all day.”
Ominis tilted his head to the side, listening. Theo’s cries were a touch softer now, hardly noticeable but he could tell the toddler was teetering on the edge of exhaustion by stubborn defiance. Ominis wondered where he got that from…
Turning his attention to the man in front of him, it was clear his frustration was teetering on the edge of a full breakdown.
“Come here,” Ominis reached out with a soft voice, as if not to startle either of them.
Sebastian huffed. “Ominis, I really don’t-”
“Love, come here.”
Sebastian hesitated for a brief moment, glancing down at their son still sobbing face down on the floor. Not a second later, he was in his husband's arms. Ominis pulled him close, pressing the other’s face into the crook of his neck. Sebastian inhaled deeply and practically melted into the touch.
“You’re shaking,” Ominis observed, pressing his free hand over Sebastian's heart.
“Yeah, well-” His voice cracked slightly, words muffled against Ominis’ woolen jumper. “He’s been screaming at me since you left this morning, Ominis. I’ve tried everything! I fed him, I changed him, I played with him! I even took him outside for a bit, and do you know what he did? He screamed louder.” He let out a sharp, humorless laugh into Ominis’ neck. “I swear he’s just angry at the air today. I don’t…” He swallowed hard. “I don’t know how to fix it.”
Ominis rubbed his palm over Sebastian’s chest. With his other hand, he combed his fingers through Sebastian’s unruly curls, massaging the scalp with his nails.”You don’t have to fix it,” He pressed his lips to the shell of Sebastian’s ear. “You just have to breathe.”
Sebastian let out a slow, shaky exhale and pressed deeper into Ominis’ shoulder.
Ominis pressed another kiss into his curls. “You are doing so well, love. Take a break. I can take over.”
Sebastian pulled away slightly, shaking his head. “I don’t want to just… just leave him like this.”
“You are not abandoning him,” Ominis said firmly, his hands finding the other’s shoulders. “But right now, you need a minute.” He trailed his fingers down the toned arms to the hands he knew like his own. Ominis brushed his thumb along the smooth wedding band. “Go outside, take a walk. Breathe in the cool air. Let me take care of him now.”
Sebastian nodded slowly. “Alright,” He turned his head, pressing a kiss to his husband's jaw. “You’re right, you’re right… Thank you.”
Ominis hummed and returned the kiss. “Always, my love.”
They shared another gentle kiss before Sebastian stepped away, retreating to the front door. As the door latched shut, Ominis knelt to the ground and reached out for their son, pulling him to his chest.
Theo’s tiny hands flailed, striking against Ominis in tearful frustration. His sobs still loud and raw as he fought stubbornly. Ominis barely reacted, letting him let it out, his hands smoothing through his hair like he had just done to the babe's other father.
“I know, bug,” He whispered, voice soft and soothing. “You’ve had a big day, haven’t you?”
Their son only whimpered in response, his round cheeks damp against the jumper.
“Shh, it’s okay darling,” Ominis soothed, standing upright. Theo still felt small in his arms. Yes, he was growing, a mile every day it felt like, but right now, he was still their baby, tiny and overwhelmed and so tired.
Ominis walked them to the nursery, shutting the door behind him and settling into the rocking chair, adjusting the toddler slightly. His breathing was uneven, still caught in the remnants of an overtired fuss but he was soon melting into his fathers chest. Like father, like son.
Ominis traced his fingers along Theo’s back, drawing soft shapes as he began to sing, softly.
“Close your eyes, have no fear…”
The rocking chair creaked slightly as he moved it, his voice barely more than a whisper. Theo let out a tiny sigh, fingers curling into the material of Ominis’ jumper as he started to relax.
“The monster’s gone, he’s on the run…”
The door creaked open slowly and Ominis turned his head to where he know Sebastian was standing in the doorway.
“And your daddy’s here…”
Sebastian felt a lump forming in his throat as he stepped closer. Ominis alway had such a lovely singing voice, smooth and gentle. It had changed over the years, settling into something deeper. But when he sang to Theo, it was filled with adoration and love, raw and unguarded.
Ominis pressed a kiss to Theo’s soft curls, another trait he inherited from his father.
“Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful…”
Sebastian knelt next to the rocking chair, fingers brushing over his husbands arm before finding Theo’s tiny hand that instinctively wrapped around his pointer. He kissed Ominis’ temple, who exhaled at the touch still humming softly.
“Beautiful boy~”
Theo let out a deep sigh, his body finally going completely limp, surrendering to sleep at last.
Ominis stilled for a moment, holding him close, pressing another lingering kiss to their son’s head.
Sebastian smiled, eyes soft with love. “You’re so good with him.”
Ominis pressed his forehead to his husbands. “So are you, my love. Even on the hard days.”
Sebastian’s breath caught in his throat, tears welling in his eyes as he wrapped his arms around his two favorite people. Then, carefully, he leaned down, brushing a kiss to Theo's head.
"Beautiful boy," he whispered.
And in that quiet moment, with his family safe in the hush of the nursery, Sebastian knew everything was exactly as it should be.

Pov: Ominis massages Sebastian, but Sebastians back is covered in thick and hard knots because he's a tense motherfrucker
For you, my love! (*^3(*^o^*)
Just under 1,000 words of Sebinis fluff!
~~~~~~
Sebastian was terrible at taking care of himself.
It had taken Ominis years to fully grasp the extent of it, but at this point, he could read the signs with infuriating ease.
The tension in Sebastian’s voice when he insisted he was fine.
The way his footsteps were heavier, how he rolled his shoulders and cracked his neck as though brute force could undo the damage months of stress had done to his body.
And, of course, the way he collapsed into bed at the end of the day with a groan so deep it could be mistaken for a death rattle.
Ominis would try to help him but he was usually met with a swat and a grumble.
Tonight was no different, Sebastian had come home after a long shift at the Ministry, carrying the scent of the heatwave they were currently suffering though. He had murmured something unintelligible about the infernal temperature before practically tearing off his clothes and falling onto the bed, boneless and unconscious before he even hit the mattress.
Now, he lay sprawled on his stomach, his face half-buried in a pillow. One arm dangled limply off the mattress, fingers curled slightly, twitching every so often as if grasping at something in a dream. His skin, usually kissed by the sun, was slick with the faintest sheen of sweat, warmth radiating from him like a fire.
Ominis sat beside him, book in hand, letting his fingers trace over the dotted letters as he read. The room was quiet except for the occasional rustle of his page and Sebastian’s soft breathing.
He hummed under his breath and reached out absently, fingertips skimming along Sebastian’s messy hair, down to his shoulders, just to feel the warmth of him. But as soon as his fingers pressed into his skin, he froze.
There were knots. Everywhere. Thick, hard cords of tension bunched beneath Sebastian’s skin, coiled tight like they’d been left to fester for years.
Ominis frowned, setting his book on the nightstand as he pressed his palm more firmly against the muscles, feeling the resistance.
No reaction, just the steady rise and fall of Sebastian’s breath, peaceful and ignorant of the growing horror in his partner's unseeing gaze.
He probed again, harder, fingers searching for the worst of the knots, finding it under the curve of his shoulder. Ominis pressed, fingers sliding but not deep enough.
With a huff, Ominis shifted, moving one leg over the sleeping man's hips to settle down on the plush cushion. “You really are a corpse when you sleep aren't you?”
Shaking his head, Ominis took his thumbs and pressed hard against the knot, rollinf deep, deliberate circles into the muscle. Sebastian jerked, back arching in protest as a pained groan slipped from between his lips.
“Sweet Salazar above,” he choked out, trying to twist over. The weight on his hips remained firm, pining him in place. “Ominis, are you straddling me?”
Ominis didn't hesitate. “Yes.”
Sebastian made another small noise of protest as he shifted again. Ominis could feel the exact moment he realized what was happening.
“Oh.”
Ominis scoffed “Oh…” He swiped his thumbs into the knot again and Sebastian let kut a soft whine, finger tightening into the sheets. “Did you know your back is an absolute disaster?"
“Mhmm,” Sebastian yawned, sinking back into the pillow. “S'why I don't think about it…”
Ominis kneaded the knot again, applying more pressure. Sebastian shuddered beneath him, arching slightly. “Fuck…”
"You're made of granite," Ominis muttered, moving to the other tense shoulder. "I’m doing you a favor."
Sebastian grumbled something unintelligible, his face half-smothered in the pillow, but he didn’t tell Ominis to stop.
Slowly, methodically, Ominis worked his way across his back, thumbs pressing and rolling, feeling out the knots and working to break them apart. Sebastian twitched and tensed at first, but eventually, his body started melting into the mattress.
Ominis found another large knot along his spine and dug his knuckles into it.
"Mother of Morgana," Sebastian jolted again, voice strangled. "You trying to kill me?"
"If I were trying to kill you, you’d know it," Ominis said dryly, continuing his work.
Sebastian groaned, shifting slightly beneath Ominis. "Feels like you’re trying to exorcise a demon from my spine."
Ominis smirked. "And here I thought you were the demon."
Sebastian hummed, voice softening. "Maybe. But I think you’ve almost beaten it out of me."
His breathing was slowing down, his body lax under Ominis’s touch. Ominis softened his touch, gliding his hands gently over Sebastian’s back, lulling him to rest. His fingers trailed absently along his shoulder blades, mapping the lines of him, feeling out every little imperfection, every place where his body had hardened under the weight of stress.
Sebastian sighed deeply, hands twitching against the sheets. "...That feels good," he mumbled, barely coherent now. "You’ve got nice hands. You should do this more often."
Ominis rolled his eyes. "You mean, fix your self-inflicted tension before it kills you more often?"
Sebastian yawned, sinking further into the bed. "Mmm. Yeah. That."
Ominis shook his head fondly. He gave Sebastian’s back one last slow, soothing stroke before leaning down to press a feather-light kiss to his shoulder blade.
Sebastian let out a pleased little sigh. "That’s cheating," he murmured.
Ominis arched a brow. "How so?"
"You’re making me soft," Sebastian mumbled. "I need to be a menace. It’s in my blood."
Ominis smirked, letting his lips brush against Sebastian’s skin again. "You can be a menace in the morning. Right now, you're mine."
Sebastian made a content noise, something dangerously close to a purr, before shifting slightly. His hand, previously curled into the sheets, reached back to find Ominis’s, squeezing his fingers in a slow, lazy motion.
Ominis squeezed back and let himself be pulled down into Sebastian’s arms. Sebastian's breath evened out soon after.
Ominis let himself relax, too, sinking into the warmth of Sebastian.
