I was shocked by Trump's outrageous comments at the start of his campaign. I could not understand how he could win any nomination, until I spotted Scott Adams' blog on The page were I get my daily dose of Dilbert. He saw Trump coming last fall. His blog is both funny and enlightening.

"The Far Time Incident" Book Review I give it 1 out of 5 stars

I picked up this book because I like Science-Fiction, Time travelling and mystery novels and the plot was irresistible. If you are considering picking up this book for these reasons spend it on something else. If on the other hand you want an in-depth description of the thoughts of a deans secretary at a university in a strange situation, this is the book for you. The plot is really good but the long endless details of random thoughts about; cookies, colleagues, clothes, fashion, suitors etcetera really drag this book down. Apart from the disappearance of the professor nothing of interests happens in part one. I was surprised that the author is an engineer because the math in this book with regards to time travel does not add up and for a geek like me that is really annoying. I do not want to spoil it if you choose to pick up this book despite my warnings. So do not read on if you are going to buy it. SPOILER ALERT!!!: 1 min 33 of our time is 1 hour spent in the past. The professor arrives at a certain point in time in August. Some one investigating his disappearance arrives at roughly the same time at the most a few days later. But when they meet the professor he is 5 months older than he was when he disappeared (a few days earlier)and blending in the time he is in living with a family. So if the investigators arrive just as he does how can he have been there 5 months? Question would you age at the time in the present or at the same rate as the time you are experiencing in history? I pose this question because when the investigators manage to make it back they come back 5 months after they left. By the math 1min:33 =1 hour the time they have spent in the past equals something like 18 years!! The only other explanation is that it is possible to time travel into the future which makes real trouble for this book since the story defines history as unchangeable and that point is strongly emphasized. Logically time travel into the future from the present should be impossible as present events will change it. The book sets the premise that there is no such thing as fate or destiny. END SPOILER Ok Thinking about time travel is making my head spin. So if any one can explain the seemingly inconsistent math in this book to me I would be happy. Thanks for reading

I can not say how much I admire this man. I can not imagine what it takes to go on after losing a child. Go to the shows respect the band and the people around you. If any one needs help give it.

And to you who stole my Stone Sour drumstick. Know this: It took all my self restraint to not punch you in the face. I keep telling my self it was just a piece of wood and it was not worth hurting you over and the guilt that would come with it. A word of warning, be careful the next time you might not be so fortunate.
