saw an opinion about Gawin's acting always being shaped by his partner, and I'm just stunned how vastly different perceptions can be. I'm one of the ppl who consider Gawin a strong actor on his own, to the point that he shines in solo scenes. excluding his beginner small roles, his characters always radiate a high amount of emotional depth and he needs no partner on screen to display that. in my humble opinion, the most powerful part of Be my favorite was Pisaeng's journey and acceptance of his sexuality, and all that happened with Gawin alone on screen. no dialogue, just his eyes, subtle expressions and body language. and Dan, I could write a thesis about his body language, voice tone changes, and what it speaks of his inner turmoil and mental state. not to mention that in the same show he delivered two of the best crying scenes I've ever seen in Thai bl. I rarely cry when watching tv but when Gawin cries, my tears follow like waterfalls. there's certain sincerity in his eyes and rawness in his expression that makes my heart hurt like hell for days. I don't know how dramatic or sad My golden blood will be, but I know he'll deliver. the small snippet with Neo gave me a taste and I loved what I saw
