The eclipse

I started watching it for firstkhao and I am hooked 🫠

Here is my review — based on watching first episode

Why I started it???

I saw first and Khao and I was like OKAY , LEMME WATCH IT (I even watched only friends dream on particular parts only where they were given screen time) (I will watch that drama some others time 👀)

So I have bunch of things to share and I would quickfire some

(excuse my English 🫠)

- First: First as a sober, epitome of discipline, The-good-boy, domineering top reminded me of p'dech in love destiny, both these characters are very alike and I love such yaoi tropes where top are portrayed in such a way.

You got on my nerves, were shown from his eyes while acting annoyed when ayan teased him constantly throughout the show. I loved those eyes , I can watch them all the time, the soft gaze in cat for cash is sth I would love but I am a catnip for that furious or you could say how-dare-you-say-that gaze.

-second: it was fast paced , I loved that because I am impatient nowadays though for firstkhao I can wait but I loved it that it was fast paced.

Third: Khao crying while holding the English Thai dictionary was everything where I would say "ok now I am gonna remember and treat it like a souvenir for the rest of my life". Not only he cried so pretty but also very emotionally and full of expressions , just realised how good he is at that, it reminded me of that person who said that they loved tin(ongsa) eyes after Khao , and I couldn't agree more. In heart killers I first saw Khao and has been loving his crying eyes ever since.

The dictionary with vocabularies is sth which made me feel like this is what I would have been doing while crying too. As a Linguaphile and always learning some new words, it felt like I am him.

I even learned the word epitomize, thanks to this show.

Fourth: both the plot and relationships dynamics are going on together well, I don't know much about all these things (tropes, archetypes , monologue, reviews, etc etc) but I loved how ayan was flirting with akk while standing Infront of board ,and then took a pic of his uncle while investigating the case of his missing or perhaps dead uncle.
