Would be funny if mineblrs named after blocks ONLY posted about those specific blocks. Like if I'm tumblr user birch log I won't reblog a screenshot if there isn't any birch logs in it. The first 1.16 snapshot is out! Here’s what we have:

Three new biomes in the Nether: Soul Sand Valley, Crimson Forest, and Warped forest!!

The forests have two new types of wood!! Crimson stalk wood is pink, and Warped stalk wood is blue!! Along with fancy doors and wood variants such as fancy doors, trapdoors, and fences and fence gates!!

New block found in the Soul Sand Valley: Soul Soil!! Fire burns blue when it’s lit with a flint and steel!! Though you still burn red :(

New ground texture blocks!! Crimson and Warped nylium!!!

New type of light source in the form of Shroomlights!! They can be found in the Warped Forest trees

Basalt, which can be found in the Soul Sand Valley! It doesn’t have any uses so far unfortunately.

NEW. TYPE. OF. ORE. ANCIENT DEBRIS WHICH CAN BE TURNED INTO NETHORITE!!!! It’s stronger than diamond and it’s extremely rare :0!! And FLOATS ON LAVA :O!!!

NEW. TYPE. OF. TORCH. SOUL TORCH AND LAMP!!!! It gives off slightly less light than a normal torch and lamp

Hoglins!!! They don’t do much right now but they’ll be updated soon!!!

Crimson and Warped sprouts, fungi, roots, and Nether sprouts!!!

Weeping vines!!! Warped wart blocks!!!

Mojang has really outdone themself this time!!! The Nether now feels more alive than ever!!!
