headcanon Mike NEVER interrupts when Will is talking because of how shy and generally quiet he is so when Will has something to say Mike wants to hear it.
and he waits to talk until he knows Will's done talking and if anyone in the party ever on accident talked over Will or anything like that Mike would go back and ask Will what he was saying.
oo also Mike just being able to Sense when Will has something he wants to say but is too nervous to.
