As you may know, today in many countries the Suicide Squad movie will be released and I was making a fan-art of this new version of Harley Quinn, but more than that, I wanna use this opportunity to talk a bit about her. I promise I'll do my best to don't sound boring and I'll try to be as short as I can, but I kindly ask you to read it cuz it's important. Harley is an amazing character that fights like a true badass, plus she's hotter then ever with this new look. This can make a lot of people really admire her and I've seen people even being inspired to be like her, and that can be a problem, specially if we talk about her relationship with the Joker. I don't know exactly how they'll portrait her in the movie, but probably it won't be far from what Harley originally is, a girl who loves the Joker unconditionally while he don't really give a damn about her. He's very abusive on her and he knows how to use her love to manipulate her for his own benefits, without minding if she'll get hurt or even killed. And even that he threats her like that, she still obsessively loves him, so yeah, even that he's mean, it's her fault too to allow him being like he is to her. I know you guys won't have a relations with the Joker, but unfortunately, there are a lot of abusive relationships in the world and no one should live a relationship like that! Being submissive isn't only about doing everything for the other person, but also accepting things that you don't really want or that makes you feel bad, so be careful to this kind of thing! Things like this can happen without you notice at first, specially if the person with you says that he/she loves you, but don't let yourself be a property of someone! I had a relationship that was sort of like this and I really regret those years (yep, years), so please, don't do the same mistakes as I did!
