ayoooo it’s #NationalComingOutDay and i’ve got words that need saying. i’m gonna be serious for a couple secs here, so enjoy it while it lasts… coming out was the scariest thing i’ve ever done. i was a scared kid who just couldn’t understand why his daddy didn’t love him. when i told him i was gay, i went through hell, and i suffered. i’m not saying this to give y’all the heebie jeebies and make you feel like you can’t be open or be your true self. i’m telling y’all that sometimes people are mean, and sometimes they ain’t. it’s alright if you’re not ready, and i wanna encourage everyone to be open and to embrace who they are, but only if you feel ready, and are in a safe, and comfortable environment. and to those that aren’t quite there yet, that’s alrighty. you’ll get there, and things do get better. i’m living proof of that, kids. love with all you have, and don’t let the weenies get you down. #loveisloveislove
