Making an Among Us AU

I was thinking about making a mini-comic for my AU—which doesn't have a title yet—though I don't think it'll end up being just a "mini" comic. The concept is a mix of Rodamrix and Among Us canon; for instance, in Rodamrix, the Impostors retain their consciousness, whereas in the Among Us series, they are no longer the original crewmates. I want to blend in the idea that they can get infected while still keeping their consciousness and remaining aliens. I also have an idea regarding Mira HQ, but I’ll share that later on. I’m not sure when I’ll post the characters or the lore, but I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to do it.

I have thoughts. Blue x Pink thoughts.

In both the alternate and main timeline, Blue trusts Pink to help them, even though their trust is misplaced. In the alternate timeline, Blue is fairly quick to help Pink and trust them, despite Pink being shown to be more loyal to pizza than to Blue. They’re also the first to bargain with Pink during the Season 1 finale despite Pink trying to kill them a few minutes ago.

When Blue hears Purple and Red‘s tragic backstory, their first question is about Pink, not their best friend. They’re also sweating here.

When they hear that Pink’s always been an imposter, they show a much bigger reaction than White - sweating again before getting lightheaded.

Conclusion?

They fucked.

Blue fucked Pink and is only just finding out that they fucked an imposter.

(I’m sure there’s probably a more innocent explanation, but this is the one I’m sticking to.)
