I feel like people keep forgetting that Percy can speak ancient greek and even a little latin as said in the Son of Neptune…he does’t speak fish guys…they are talking telepathically/ he just kind of talks to them and they sort of just understand him…just thought I’d put that out there.

10. Least favorite character?Um… I’d have to say Octavian. I know, I know, it’s what everyone says, but he’s so manipulative and although it’s a really good characteristic in an antagonist it always makes me dislike that character. Either that or Smelly Gabe. 

12. Favorite book?This is really hard… but I’m going to have to say the Last Olympian. I just thought that book was incredible. A very close second is Mark of Athena because Ioved seeing all the super powerful demigods interact with each other the first time and learn to work as a team. 

Bonus: Which character’s death was totally unnecessary and should not have happened as they didn’t deserve to die like wtf                                              

Rick’s pretty good about making sure the death’s aren’t completely pointless, they all generally serve a good purpose in the book (that doesn’t mean I like them in any way, I cry like a two year old when the characters die and get really mad) but the death that still kills me every time is Zoe’s. IT WAS JUST SO UPSETTING TO ME. Honestly though, I’m not over any of the deaths.
