That moment when you get bitter at life because buti pa yung parents mo, may forever, tapos ikaw forever nang single. Pero moments later... You'll have something to hope for pa, dahil yung parents mo, nahanap ang forever. So ibig sabihin, may pag-asa pa ako. hahaha! I am forever thankful to God for blessing me with such wonderful parents. And I want to thank you Mami and Dadi, for showing me the real essence of love. Tonight I witnessed a love story I thought were only present in fairy tales. We were celebrating daddy's birthday and then out of nowhere, dad appeared behind mom with a bouquet of roses. After that, kuya in the back started singing "the way you look tonight" then daddy grabbed mommy's hand to ask her to dance. After dancing, it was midnight of 25th and its dad's birthday already. We sang her a birthday song and had him blow his cake. Which afterwards, dad thanked us by singing a wonderful song for mom. (Annie's Song which is also my mom's name). That moment was so precious to me. I can imagine the overwhelming kilig that my mom felt during that moment. It seemed that everybody in the room were kilig also and jealous of the kind of love my parents have as well. I actually never imagined to see my parents like this. I know they love each other, but it's the first time I've seen a love as overwhelming, as kilig, as fresh, and as genuine as this. Especially after 25 years of being together. Happy Birthday daddy! Thanks for making mommy feel 25 years younger because of your #PBBTEENS gestures hahaha #
