ROUTE GOALS
0) I'm trying to get all endings for the Steam Achievement, so yes. I'm letting Zero go Maverick. This is why I defeated Volt Kraken last: that way, I don't accidentally fire off the Enigma (which might succeed)
1) Complete the Gaea Armor by defeating ONLY 2 bosses:
Shining Firefly: F-Laser is required for the Head part
Spiral Pegasus: We can use the Wing Spiral Glitch for the Leg and Body parts (the Arm part can be obtained without any special weapons)
2) Once completed, only the Gaea Armor can be used.
3) Make sure all 8 bosses are at least Level 4 when we fight them. This way, they drop the Life Up item (similar to a Heart Tank). The easiest way to ensure this is to wait until 13 hours left before fighting any boss; this is why we waste 2 hours in Volt Kraken's stage.
4) Make sure X (or any armored X) collects all 8 Life Ups. A Life Up is awarded to the character (X / Zero) who plays during the NEXT hour. That's why even if we use Zero to defeat Spiral Pegasus @ 11 hours left, the Life Up is awarded to X after defeating Dynamo @ 10 hours left. (had we used Zero to defeat Dynamo, he would have receive the Life Up)
5) Make sure X (or any armored X) collects all 8 Heart Tanks This is why we didn't let Zero collect the Heart in Spiral Pegasus' stage.
