Rllyyy unnecessary vent rant whatver but i need to get this out

I feeeeel so sick to my stomach every time I start to think sbout my sa experience i feel so shit and guilty and disgusted in myself ughhh it makes me wanna throw up so fucking bad and lock myself up in my room this does not pair well with me already slipping into yet anothee depressive episode

Also sa awareness months is one of the best worst things for me i love when people are able to come out qnd get support from a million people I think that is really great awareness is obviously really great too but theres this horrible pqrt of me that hates the momth because every post of it reminds me of that time and im stuck feeling nauseous at myself. When its other people im so okay with it but when its me i blame myself entirely and again i feel extremely sick like i want to throw up and cry until i pass out
