Hey so those Forums I mentioned: I made them!

Only thing is I am super anxious from an appointment this morning, and for some reason the thought of people joining and having a lot of questions and suggestions is reaaally overwhelming. There's gonna be kinks to work out and I think I'm gonna wait till this anxiety passes.

Hello everyone! I'd first like to apologise for my very long absence, it wasn't anything to do with a lose of interest in writing or KNY but just some life stuff that called for my attention and i couldn't focus on anything else until now.

I'm gonna go on a mini rant but it's gonna be about my mental health etc. So, like

TW: Mental health issues

I'll be keeping it all under the line obviously so those that don't wanna read don't have too, although I might delete that section if I feel too guilty + self-conscious!

But TLDR: I've had some big life events occur which has meant that I've also been suffering really bad with my mental health but I'm okay enough now to come back to writing ✨

So, I'm a very mentally ill, I suffer with anxiety and depression as well as passive suicidal tendancies - which means that while I would like to not exist at all I don't have the energy to go through with it. Like, I don't want to technically k*ll myself but I'd like to just, not exist if that makes sense? I don't want to be a living person anymore - which has meant that I've had to take a step back from writing to try and get better!

Obviously there's been other outside factors of my life that have called for my attention too but my mental health has been a big one.

I still unfortunately hate myself - my body and my personality etc. - so much that it gives me such an icky feeling to be in my body, if that makes sense? Like I can't stand to look at myself and be in my body??

I don't know but hey-ho! End of rant.

But please know that I'm now in a place where I'm okay especially to write and talk with everyone again (^ w ^) and i have alot of catching up to do too!
