Did they purpousfully change Barry Kripkes speech impediment between the alternate universe in ep. 1 and the alternate universe in ep. 2? Because in ep. 2 he has his classic speech impediment from TBBT where he switches "R" for "W", but in the universe in episode 1 he also switch "L" for "W", such as celiph - cewiph, but it isn't total, because in words with 2 "L" he sometimes only miss-pronounce one, such as "Lonely" which becomes "wonely".

Was this on purpous or what?

I just signed up for a book subscription service, because I desperatly need help finding new authors and types of books to read and I am not managing that on my own.

You could pick up to 3 out of 10 catagories avalable. I picked Romance and Fantasy, knowing that the Romance category also included Romantasy & thus those 2 overlapped a little.

Got my first book today - they sent me Tusk Love by Thea Guanzon, which is absolutely what I wanted 10/10 pick. I feel like the person who got my orders just went, oh you want ROMANCE AND FANTASY? I'll show you ROMANTASY and sent me this. And I love it, I do, I just plowed 75 pages this evening and will continue tomorrow.

Very excited to see what's coming the next few months too - got 5 more months & 5 more books on the way.

Anyone else like Doctor Who comics? I recently picked up a bunch at a book store because they were on massive sale (we're talking most were £0.99). Picked up 11th Doctor series 2 (? I think) volume 2, 3 and 4. Just finished volume 2 "Serve You" and am about to start volume 3 "Conversion", after I'm doing Volume 4 "The then and now". I am really loving Alice Obeifune as a companion to the doctor, its very interesting with a grieving companion who really has lost everything. Arc is also tons of funs, give K-9 vibes but more useful honestly. Not sure what to make of Jones yet, he doesn’t seem of much use and doesn’t have a consistent personality except singing.

I think I might need to write a fanfic with Alice tbh...wonder what that could be

While I adore all returning companions in Doctor Who and my personal favourite is Mel, I have to say Tegan is the best executes one. Janet Fielding does is so PERFECTLY, there are no words. The anger, the grief, the torn-between- feelings-ness of it all. Her reaction to the Master. Ace warning her, "we talked about this". I can not get over it because there is a not a fanfic on earth that could do it better than canon for this character. The best thing Chibnall ever gave us.

Even her refusing to leave Kate and saying being an airhostess in the 80s was worse than fighting cybermen just shows they really got the essence of that character down to a T.

Rewatching "Twice upon a time" and I maintain it is one of my FAVOURITE Christmas episodes ever. It has 12, 1 and Bill Potts in collaboration. The one liners are never ending and so funny. The quality is just outstanding & it holds up, 100%.
