TV LINE’S PERFORMERS OF THE WEEK

Honorable mention - Elizabeth Henstridge and Iain De Caestecker

“Before Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. thrust us into the far-out Framework, Elizabeth Henstridge and Iain De Caestecker had us rapt with an all-too-real, six-minute face-off between Simmons and Fitz, where they grappled with the question of which of them was an LMD. With Jemma training a gun on her possibly compromised lover, the pair’s performance was incredible in that no matter the outcome, it would simultaneously be totally logical and completely astonishing. While Henstridge toggled between tears and intensity, De Caestecker crushed us by switching from an anguished Fitz, doubling over as he slashed his wrist, to an ice-cold android, plunging a knife into his accuser. Capping the encounter was a tussle in which Simmons just barely ignored the plaintive cries of her true love’s doppelganger as she stabbed him, again and again, while he adopted the stone-faced stare of heartless LMD. Simply chilling.”

Molly Hooper Deserves Better!

Yes, yes she does. But if you watch the episode closely enough, you can see that she does get the closure she deserves. The whole point of the scene wasn't to break Molly. Molly had already been broken for a long, long time. The point of the scene was to make SHERLOCK realized just how broken she is. Euros wanted to make him feel what it was like to intentionally hurt somebody for no reason, and Sherlock had to see the pain that he had inflicted on Molly. He heard it in her voice. Then Euros told Sherlock that he had just ruined any chance at a relationship with Molly. That broke him- drove him to destroying the coffin! So yes, while Molly suffered, and it may look like her character ended there, we know that the scene wasn't the end. Sherlock was just as heartbroken by what happened in that phone call, so you can pretty much assume he would want to apologize (and even if he didn't, we know that John or Mycroft would eventually tell her). And Molly would understand and move on. In fact, we see her in the closing epilogue at 221B perfectly happy and smiling. So yes, doing that to Molly was crappy. But it was SUPPOSED to be. That was meant to break Sherlock- ruin him, and it did! So maybe instead of having to live with Sherlock's BS for the rest of her life, this will actually bring some change for Molly. This allowed Sherlock to see the error in his ways. And that's why I loved season 4.

Here's an opinion that I haven't seen yet....

There could be a time skip before the Halloween episode. Then, Happy would be later in pregnancy between Halloween and Thanksgiving. She goes into labor early in Thanksgiving episode (I mean, the episode practically has "mother" in the name, so....) Thoughts?

My thoughts so far...

Coming from somebody in a close relationship with somebody on the spectrum, I love this episode! This is the limelight that the autistic community needs!

Also, Happy is definitely pregnant. No doubt.

My Happy Husband theory

Maybe Happy was in an abusive relationship before she joined Scorpion (her husband took advantage of her genius). They finally decided on divorce after a big fight, and the husband fled from the scene in his car/motorcycle. But he gets in a crash and is in a coma. Happy has the power to pull the plug, but she can't do it because she feels like she'd be killing him if she did. Even though she hates him, she can't bring herself to do that. However, she can't legally divorce him unless he gives consent. Which he can't because he's in a coma. She started participating in competitions to pay for his medical bills until Scorpion came along. Because of her trust issues, she never brought it up to the team or Toby. Now she has to make a choice- her relationship and marriage with Toby or her "husband's" life.

Did anyone feel like Fitz’s joke about the space and the poster … and the kiss after that wasn’t scripted ? 

Like imagine : It’s Iain so he like doesn’t want to kiss Liz and he is trying to get out of it and decides to like start off a cheesy quote before like ending it with a joke and making Liz laugh (her laugh felt so real … like not like Jemma . It felt like Liz) and then Liz is just like ‘seriously Iain, Just kiss me already’ and then she just leans up and kisses him. 

Can anyone else see that or is it just me ?
