Did you know that Genma's birthday is July 17? And we're here to celebrate it all week long! 🎉 We want to see LOTS of content featuring our favorite shinobi during the event.

What is Genma Week?
This is a week-long countdown event where we'll focus on sharing and creating artwork centered on Genma Shiranui leading up to his birthday. The event is taking place simultaneously on Tumblr, Bluesky, X, and Ao3.

How to participate
Create or share your own work during the event. Writing, illustrations, edits, poetry, songs? Share whatever you have in your repertoire! And tag it using #GenmaWeek2026 or tag the account so everyone can see what you’ve created. On Ao3, include the tag “Genma Week 2026.”
Please include the day of the countdown you’re entering (#Day1, #Day2), and the prompt, if you chose one.

💚 All types of creative work are allowed: illustrations, writing of all kinds (including poetry), video and image editing, and even crafts or photography. Even small headcanons are welcome.
💚For fanfiction. If you plan to use an image as a header, make sure you have the illustrator's permission to do so and give them proper credit, such as (Cover image by @/artist)
