This year several astronauts and cosmonauts are passed away (John Fabian, Aleksandr Samokutyaev, Ahad Mohmand, Aleksandr Panayotov, Wally Funk...),it making me gets super anxious instantly whenever some people from the space community posting a picture of cosmonaut/astronaut out of the blue: it's not at their birthday. Not at their spaceflight anniversary. I can't even try to read the caption.

July 16th, 1969 - Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, & Michael Collins set off for the moon, arriving there 3 days later. Over 1 million people watched the launch in Florida. A total of about 400,000 people worked to make this mission a success.

If i had a book, containing the fuel of my soul i would write "Apollo-soyuz mission patch". It's just beautiful, the apollo and soyuz capsules... and the sun!

Eh, i just realize today is the day where this mission starts! >:] consider this as little commemorative post about Soyuz-Apollo.

- Soyuz TM-11 mission patch

This one is more into aesthetic sides lolol i just love the colour and the details of the atmosphere and MIR! Gosh...

Funfact, this Is the first commercial space mission. So the Japanese television company TBS pay for a seat for their citizen, a middle aged journalist (and an avid smoker 🚬☝️) Toyohiro Akiyama, to fly to MIR station in Soyuz TM-11 mission, making him becoming the first Japanese citizen in space.

...Call me outdated idc but i LOOOVE Время первых (or in eng version, the spacewalker). Simply, it's about the Voskhod-2 mission (the first spacewalk into open space)...just look for it,

I also like Salyut-7, inspired by the story of dead state of the salyut-7 space station and the reason of the soyuz t-13 mission. On the film the name of the characters are changed slightly because...the stories is kinda altered (even one of the crew mission, cosmonaut Viktor Savinykh gets annoyed bc of those changes ahahah)...

Nonetheless, i really recommended to add those to your watchlists.

I wanted to watch project hail mary too but i dont have much time...

Hiihihihehehehhh i want to try comparing how i draw Gagarin from the first time i find out about him till now...

2015: Damn how cri- I KNOW he look like dat male leader anime character ass ahh haircut 😭 i don't know how to draw his hair at that time...

2016...It looks much better now. I think. Not consistent but hey 😂😂 at this time i begin to draw him more often...(brainrot phase)...

The end of 2017-2018! I quite satisfied by these changes *victoryyyy* 🦵😼 but still, not consistent enough lul

Then in 2019 and covid times im began to rarely drawing him, because of my growing hyperfixation to the other cosmonauts and astronauts, and mental issues, unsure, "am i being able to draw him again like i used to?..."

But then in april 2025 i tried it again (not remembering how unsure i am), and on april this year,

Well, i quite proud about these changes.

Im looking forward for the future time. Haha

What got me into space? Hahah, i already making a post related to this before but let's make it short...

...One time, when i was in elementary school (11-12 yo) i saw a space encyclopedia book on my school library. I decided to bring it to my home, and read it. That book tells me briefly about Yuri Gagarin, Valentina Tereshkova and Neil Armstrong (i remember that they mentioned Soyuz-Apollo mission too) and, especially Gagarin...he's the one responsible pulling me into this space fandom hell! Haha!

After googling tons about him, i founding out the other vostok missions as well and...as the russian says, to «get acquainted» (познакомиться) with those missions and their histories! And then i finding out another soviet missions too, the Soyuz mission and here i am... haha~
