Logging onto tumblr is a really weird experience. I mainly used this account when I was 16/17/18 and was incredibly suicidal/depressed & self harmed daily. It was a rough time & I wrote a lot of super dark and personal shit on here, my followers knew my full story before my family did. I log on now to download sims 4 cc (shh i know). I’m 21 now, I’ve graduated uni, I’m almost two years clean from cutting, I’m no longer partaking in risk taking behaviour such as getting blind drunk & fucking random boys. I came out as queer, I have a loving girlfriend. It makes me sad to see people still reblogging my angsty sad text posts on here but I understand. I’ve come so far from those days, I’ve grown so much & I have learned so much about recovery & mental health care. It’s not always easy, I have days where I battle the same triggering thoughts I had at 17 but you learn how to get through it. It got better for me. It got better for the fat, tall, hairy girl who was almost bullied to death. It will get better for you too. Take a break from this world, be kind to yourselves.
tumblr missed out on this phase of my face

Yeah but in Australia we’re literally having a national vote on whether I can marry the gender I love.
