Hi to anyone who's reading this words.
Is been a week from last post. A week after I said to myself that I will do anything I can to become a better me. At exterior and interior.
In a week I lost 2kg. But the most important thing is that I had 4 active days. I run 16km and I'm proud of me.
Tomorrow a new week begin and I point to do like the last one or even better.
