She switched from one managerial role to another, within the same company, and the man who took over her position, with no years of experience, started off with a salary significantly higher to my mom’s 5 years of experience and consistent raving reviews. I also know that a lot of women have just accepted this fact or chose not to believe it which makes me incredibly sad. I hope this message or many of the countless others posted today, tomorrow, and in the past year, inspires the women in my life to find their voice 💖👭👯‍♀️
