1. What is gamut? gamut is a “complete range or scope of something” we use this to see the ranges of photo.
2. What is a colour space? they are 3 different colour spaces sRGB, cmyk and Adobe RGB.
3. What two colour spaces do most DSLR cameras offer? the two colour spaces are sRGB and Adobe RGB.
4. What colour space can most computer monitors display? “The standard color gamut for personal computers is the international sRGB”.
5. If you switch from sRGB to Adobe RGB on your camera what colours will you see an improvement in? the light and saturaion would be changed.
6. When you change the colour space in photoshop what does it do?
the hue, light and saturation could be changed.
7. Name a larger colour space than Adobe RGB? ‘ProPhoto RGB is the largest of the three is”
8. What can happen to a digital image if you map colours to a really large colour space? hue and saturation will increase.
