So I struggle with single leg RDLβs I donβt feel them in my glutes but this puts all the pressure on your glutes and hamstrings!

Legs are still quite sore from yesterdayβs race, but well enough to de-load squats and get it done!
We got a little vacation coming up so the next few weeks will be focused on consistency in training and macro goals. π
