this is your reminder to go put some fruits into your body ❤️
I am interested in studying the approach, mindset, routines, and conversations different cultures have around health and fitness.
Like what are some things that are embedded in your culture that are health related but you didn’t even think about because it’s a cultural norm?
I think that would be so interesting!

Nothing brings me more joy than being in my own space, nourishing my body, and taking care of my self!

Healthy eating 😍
Day 42 of 75 Hard
Sometimes you realize you’re one of those people who have to work harder than everyone else. You have to do the extra 30 min workout, eat cleaner, have fewer ‘cheat’ meals. Instead of that discouraging you, let it motivate you. It’s either you sit there and continue to feel sorry for yourself while life is passing you by and you’re not meeting the realities you promised yourself or you get up and do the work. So what? Do the extra workout, eat healthier than everyone else, have fewer ‘cheat’ meals. Just do it. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, nobody is coming to save you and make you feel better about yourself. You can do it, now go get it done.
I love when people play in my face or doubt my capabilities because now, watch this
Associate each action step with a reward so your brain can release dopamine, which will make you naturally want to complete the action steps pushing you towards achieving your goal/results.
The secret to actually achieving your goals is to find a way to fall in love with completing the process (through rewards) instead of the results
A simple act of congratulating yourself and telling yourself how proud you are for waking up early for a gym workout EVERY TIME, instead of congratulating yourself when you finally reach your dream body
Getting fit and hot for yourself and nobody else >>>
Exercising and eating healthy is literally you giving yourself the best! Often times when someone hurts us we think “I don’t deserve this, I deserve better”…. How about you make sure you’re giving yourself the best too. Exercising and eating healthy is YOU giving YOURSELF the absolute best.
Day 22 of 75 hard
Do not think about tomorrows, this week's, or this month's workouts. Only focus on today's workout. Focus on getting it done today.
I say this because during workouts I find myself dreading it sometimes and thinking to myself "oh wow, I have to do this tommorrow too, or for this week, or for 75 days", and that discourages me, but now I have been reframing my mind to just focus on today. I tell myself, "Get it done today, that's all that matters in this moment".
5 Powerful Steps to Truly Start Over This Season
We all hear the same advice when it comes to “starting fresh”: eat better, move more, think positive. But here’s the truth—lasting change doesn’t come from cliché tips, it comes from redefining your habits and your environment in a way that sticks. Here’s how to start again, differently:
1. Reset Your Environment
Your surroundings shape your energy. Clean your room, organize your digital space, even change your playlist. A new environment sends your brain the message: “We’re beginning again.”
2. Focus on Micro-Habits
Instead of overwhelming yourself with big resolutions, commit to tiny actions. One glass of water in the morning, a 10-minute walk, or journaling a single sentence. These micro-habits compound faster than you think.
3. Calm the Nervous System
Your body resists change if it’s stressed. Simple practices like deep breathing, cold showers, or grounding (walking barefoot on natural ground) reset your system and prepare you for new habits.
4. Use Setbacks as Data
Failure doesn’t mean you’re not capable—it means you’ve learned what doesn’t work. Instead of giving up, ask yourself: What triggered this? How can I adjust next time?
5. Step Into the Identity
Real change sticks when it’s part of who you are. Don’t just “try to eat healthy”—see yourself as someone who fuels her future self. Don’t just “try to work out”—become the kind of person who moves daily.
Affirmations to Anchor Your New Beginning
I welcome new beginnings with trust and courage.
I am exactly where I need to be right now.
Small actions create my transformation.
I release what no longer aligns with me.
Every day, I embody the best version of myself.
What’s one habit you’re ready to reset today? Share it below—I’d love to see how our community is starting fresh together.
Day 13 of 75 hard
The mental change that I am already experiencing on the second week is amazing! I can’t sit still. Picking up the healthy habits from 75 hard is making me want to naturally be more productive. I don’t want to lay around anymore and waste my day on my phone. I want to get up and do something.
Set behavioral goals! It is such a game changer. Instead of setting goals that you can not 100% control, for example “I want to weigh XXX amount” set behavioral goals such as “I want to exercise for at least 30 min 4 days out of the week”.
You have so much more control over your behavior/actions which means it will be easier to maintain and thus helping potentially reaching your end goal. Focus on creating goals related to behavior change that include action steps!
Not be to be one of those people, but life improved significantly once I started to exercise consistently, and I became more intentional with what I ate. My health became a priority, and everything started to align again.
Love it or hate it, it makes such a huge difference. Make your well being your highest priority and life will start to flourish in unexpected ways 🤍
day 10 of 75 hard:
the little actions that do not directly correlate to your workouts, diet, and book reading matter. Skip the late-night phone calls, leave events and hangouts earlier. Do the little things now that will help you be successful for your tomorrow. They are just as important.
