Thought I’d finally give zucchini noodles a try and I’m glad I did. 😋 quick, easy, and healthy zucchini noodle pesto salad.
All organic quinoa and shrimp with creole sauce. 270 calories a serving. My taste buds thanked me.
My legs will definitely be feeling this in the morning
I think there is a clear winner.
Healthy Shrimp Alfredo
All this for only 219 calories?! Yep! This is one of my favorite quick and easy meals. This recipe makes 2 servings.
1 package of Nasoya pasta zero plus Shirataki Fettuccine
26 medium shrimp or about 1/2 a pound
3/4 cup of peas
3/4 cup of Bertolli - Garlic Alfredo Sauce Light
About 10 grape tomatoes sliced in half
219 calories, 11 net carbs, 21.4 grams protein, 6.8 grams sugar
Healthy Pancakes
1/2 banana, 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 egg, 1/4 cup whole grain rolled oats blended into a powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 2 packets stevia, dash of cinnamon
I topped mine with 1/4 cup of Walden Farms syrup. It's calorie free. Some of their products aren't that great but this is one of them that blows my mind. It definitely doesn't taste calorie free. I also sprinkled extra cinnamon on top of mine. It's good and helps control blood sugar. Makes about 6 good sized pancakes.
230 calories, 27 net carbs, 8.5 grams sugar, 14.6 grams protein
I am in love with these. One of the few protein bars that aren't glorified candy bars. Definitely recommend!
