Don’t get lost, my love.

That’s what she said- that night I hit the pillow and I slept like I was dead. I guess the way she said it really got into my head, because the moment I fell under swear my heart was made of lead.

I awoke, with thoughts of how she spoke, I tried to clear my mind but where there’s fire there is smoke. So don’t get lost, my love, but if you do, know it’s okay. It may feel like a labyrinth but life is just a maze.

Life is pretty simple right now. I work, I go to school, I have some time with family, some time with Vanessa, but I'm not going to settle on my life. I've always wanted to be, in simplest terms, a race car driver. And unlike a lot of kids that thought that, I still want to pursue it. My first step was ordering this new car, with which I can practice with on my weekends and in my free time, slowly teaching myself the skills I need, and maybe in the future I can start trying out for teams in the sports of autocross and rallycross. It'd be pretty cool to be on the podium at X-Games. But for now, I count down to my gateway. Now to think of a name for her.
