Start Date: Monday, June 25th 2012

This following week will be starting on my journey to a healthier me, i am happy with the way i am but i figure that I'm trying to change my life completely for the better. I've struggled with my chubbiness ever since i was little and i just want a fresh start. Im creating this blog to physically see my numbers decreasing, i just need a jump start and i don't want to be discouraged. i know this will be a long and challenging journey but i want this. i want a new me. i want a different outlook.  Current Weight: 215 Goal Weight: 145 Total Weight Loss: 70lbs Welp, Monday i hope you come sooner than expected in the mean time ill be getting prepared for you.
