antony talking about how he’d tell the homelander doll "you are enough" :^( and i really love how much empathy he has for homie, i mean how can he not when he built this character off his trauma and pain.

here is him talking about what homelander's playlist would be called:

like plssss he is one of us, he always makes sure to speak about how deeply troubled homelander is and how much pain he is in. and he did a great job portraying it.

in conclusion i'm glad despite the writing, antony continued to make sure he was playing homelander with his pain and trauma at the centre of it, that he didn't work from the outside in (he says how he never took influence from trump, always focused on what homelander was feeling in that moment) because that is what it was all about. homelander in the show is who he is because of trauma
