Gush after Gush
So, in conclusion, do NOT fill your stomach with water when you think you have food poisoning. I instinctively kept trying to compulsively swallow back my sick; but obviously my stomach didn’t want any of it inside of me. This felt mad gross while it was happening, but I did feel better after I got it out. :)

I don't know if I got food poisoning or something at the holiday dinner I was at last night, or if my sick tummy is just struggling with all the holiday meals and glasses of wine I've had over the last few days... but either way, my stomach is really upset with me today. I woke up in the middle of the night last night with bad cramps and have been gassy all day. After lunch, I started getting so nauseous and I ended up not being able to keep lunch down. Lots of burping
This is an old audio I found that I never uploaded. I didn’t think it was good enough at the time and I still don’t but I feel like posting it anyway.
This comes from a time that I would burp easily and a lot but not puke that much. Now I puke a lot but can’t burp that much. Things change, I guess.
Well… here it goes.

SO. I have GERD and chronic gastritis and it flared up BAD. nothing sits right at times so for 2 days straight, lunch would sit there and not digest and I would end up puking around 7-8 pm. This is the second night, about 20 minutes of puking condensed into the most interesting bits.

The thing is that I got into bed but I felt so bad. Bloated and sort of full even though I hadn’t eaten much. I felt so damn nauseous. It’s horrible because I don’t want anyone to know I get sick so I need to hide or wait till they’re all asleep and try to muffle the sounds. It’s easier if this happens when I’m alone.
Puke, burps and dry heaving
This is a past audio. Must be like three weeks old. It’s the sequel to one that I posted several days ago. I think I wrote there that the dry heaving had lasted several minutes more. I recorder some of it because it kept going for more time than I thought.
This time I poked my throat with my fingers twice or maybe three times in hopes to bring what felt stuck back up but it didn’t make much of a difference. What came, you can hear it, what didn’t just sounds like what it was. Painful dry heaving. It took a while to die down. Even more for me to recover my normal breathing rhythm. Oh yeah, I also lost my voice for the day. Dry heaving is horrible for my throat. Luckily I had a bit of a cold, congested nose and coughing so no one needed to know I lost my voice because of this.
As always, so sorry for the background noises. I truly don’t know how to edit or enhance my audios more than what the phone lets me enhance. Sorry
