Something wasn't agreeing with me and I needed to get it out

I had just eaten a meal but after a while I felt that I needed to vomit so I went and got ready by the toilet. I vomited a good bit here, needed to help myself out a few times throughout so I could keep going. Right after I cleaned up I felt more coming and got to the toilet quick to let a little more out.

I have been sick the last few days and was able to record me vomiting a few times. Sometimes the nausea was so bad I had to help it a few times. A few times it even came spewing out my nose. I apologize for blurring some of it haha.

Got so sick earlier, I managed to pull myself out of the bathtub and record on time, but I did get my phone a little wet.

I was feeling off ever since lunch, I think I might’ve eaten something bad. I holed up in my room all day nursing this tummy ache. My stomach was so bloated it was hard and painful to the touch, so I decided to take a warm bath to get more comfortable. My stomach felt so sick, every time I burped and released air, a felt my lunch crawl up my throat.

I wasn’t able to enjoy the warm water for long, because as soon as I got situated, my stomach hitched and I let out a sickly belch, quickly leaning over the side of the tub as a measly strand of sick escaped my throat. I started salivating, and my stomach flipped. I quickly got out of the bathtub and dried off, with only seconds to spare, I hit record on my phone and braced myself in front of the toilet, panting and drooling into the disgusting water below.

When I tell you I SPEWED that shit I am not joking. I’m so glad I caught that on video, my stomach was contracting so much it hurt, and my cheeks kept ballooning with every heave. It got everywhere. I’m still so bloated, but the nausea is thankfully gone (for now).

I drank too much of a milkshake and it made my tummy hurt and feel really heavy.. had it sit in the hot water of the shower to make sure I was quiet enough and ended up mostly puking on myself. it was really cold and thick nd all over my front and thighs.. very sweet and exactly as it tasted when I ate it.. there was so so much. Afterwards I kept bringing up little mouthfuls in the sink while I dried off. Still trying to keep it down kinda :p I wish I weren’t all alone now. T-T

It's so fun having a best friend that gets frequent tummy aches and doesn't deal with lactose well... you have to fight every perverted bone in your body to be normal about it...

Halloween night I was chilling with her & a few other friends at their house and she ate nothing but pizza and sugar cookies and milk. Literally had to remind her of her lactose issue cause she had like 3 glasses of milk at that point. There was a point in the night where her hand rushed to her mouth and she caressed her tummy for a few seconds...

meanwhile i'm checking up on her and fighting literal pervert demons in my mind saying "Would be a shame if you let out a nasty belch right noww haha.. Nooo it'd be terrible if puke spilled from your mouth and between your fingers and all over the tile floor haha. thatd be sooo crazy if I had to help you to the bathroom and rub circles into your back and caress your upset rumbling tummy as you retch into the toilet :/
