And as the ripples form, blowing across the solution, the only thing there is to stop them is your lack of imagination. So let the streams of energy passing left to right, float above the ripples just high enough to absorb the solution that evaporates into the atmosphere for you to breathe in while your imagination lets you play with what you come upon. It's OK to let that happen now, or in a moment.
As you notice you are reading and thinking and breathing, you want to understand... so listen to what it is, I'm telling you... relax as I tell you a story... eyes close now.
Yes, you can, listen.
If you could put anything you would like to be rid of in the box, and know that it would disappear... what would you put in the box now? Yes.
Yes you can.
And as you consciously look at the picture while unconsciously breathing comfortably you can consciously notice the white and the color while unconsciously feeling the wisdom, and you can find yourself consciously wondering what you're doing while you unconsciously relax into the spaces and notice consciously trying to figure out what it is, while you unconsciously accept that you like feeling good, and consciously look deeper inside saying yes, while you're unconsciously able to agree, as you consciously nod slowly, and unconsciously accept this is right here for you, because you consciously chose this moment and unconsciously want it to be as valuable as it is, you nod and enjoy it... as your eyes close down, for a while, listening.

And as you begin to let yourself, go, into a deep state now, relax, into that good feeling... that's right.
And as you look into my eyes, it's ok, to consciously wonder where the other may be hiding, you can unconsciously notice you're breathing, and consciously take in a deep comfortable breath, looking, while you unconsciously relax and let go and consciously notice that space which unconsciously invites you inside for a while you continue breathing and feel good as your eyes close down now.
From morning til late at night we experience many different states of mind. How many of those states did you actually create for yourself? Or did they just happen to you? Can you create a state that helps you through the day? Can you pull yourself back from slipping into a state that makes your day unproductive, uncomfortable, un-useful? Yes you can. Start with three simple, intentional, comfortable breaths. With each breath that you inhale notice you did that, you took the breath intentionally. Now exhale any stress or tension that was festering in side. As you do this a couple more times, think of what state would cause you the most pleasure when you're done with this exercise. As you find yourself continuing to breathe in and out without noticing your next breaths, let yourself come from a place of centeredness because you took control of those three simple breaths which means you are on your way to managing your state. I've wanted paint some of my abstract digital collage photos for a while... but I haven't taken the time to do it myself. I can imagine having a gallery show with my pictures with painted interpretations of the pictures along side them. What I found was an interesting website, www.pmp-art.com where that's exactly what they do. I can submit my pictures and an artist will use that photo as a reference for creating a painting. So far I've had 3 paintings done from my photos. The one I'm showing above is a prime example. Photographers may want to check it out. And I wonder, what it is, you are thinking, something, different from a moment ago, because you can see what's in front of you. And the more you know that you know something is in front of you, the more you can wonder what it is, or just understand something on a deeper level that occurs to you now. Perhaps that's exactly what you needed, when you stopped, to wonder, what is here on a deeper level for you to discover... as your eyes close down for you to listen and wonder, now.

As you focus your attention on one point in the picture, you can, begin to, get quiet, and notice your breathing. Let yourself, slow down, and listen, to what it is, you are, listening for, an answer, may come to you, now or as you, go inside, the picture. And when you, focus, your gaze, beyond the picture, inside a room, that comes to you, let yourself, remember, and be there, for this moment... is all you have to allow your eyes to close, down, now.
When the sun has poured it's energy for the day and what's left is only the shadow of what was, we can take refuge in knowing tomorrow will come and start the cycle once again because that day when it doesn't come won't matter. So until then continue to create and bring into this world new pieces of yourself and be ready to accept how your creations readjust all those around you into little bits of color, line and abstraction ready to be the fuel for another day's shadow.
As we move through space and time and find ourselves wondering where it's all gone, perhaps it's time to take a breath, let the cool air pass into our bodies and wake our senses, hold it for a moment, then slowly let it exhale taking with it any tension the warm gasses have collected. Be assured that you will do this again and again whether you think of it or not... but when you do, think of it, enjoy the difference. later
There are times, like now, when you know you are reading this because you can remember when you first begin to notice what it's like to want something. And you do, want something, from this reading, that's right, for you to absorb easily, not because I'm special, but because you are ready, and it's the nature of thinking human beings to make meaning from what is right, in front of you, now, notice how easily you can let yourself begin to accept this picture is here for a reason and you know you know what it may be or want, or what it can be when whatever you need to discover is right now, in front of you, as your eyes close down. later
As you begin to focus your attention on the picture, you can begin to notice the colors, the line, the texture and how you are breathing. And as you continue breathing you may discover spaces you can see before you ever knew they were in front of you, drawing you inside for a while you are thinking about what it is you are reading because that's what we do. When all of a sudden we are together, you and I, inside the space before you, breathing in all the good feelings you deserve to experience now. And I don't know what it is you are thinking, but I do know that you are thinking, and because you are thinking something wonderful is about to happen, as your eyes close now... later.
As you notice yourself reading this and wondering why you are letting yourself breath comfortably while you're reading and listening to what you are thinking, it's because you know how much you like to feel good and let go of anything that's in your way of knowing it's a good thing to really get comfortable with this kind of reading how readily you want to react to wondering what is going on inside. And it's a good thing to find yourself wondering about the spaces or just how you've noticed how easily you are going deeper inside because you're curious how far this may take you, now, if that's OK with you, I'll just leave it at that as you find yourself looking at the picture until you're ready to allow your heavy eyes to close down now. later.
