idk if its the IST, but sometimes my heartbeats get really painful and strained & i get very lightheaded even if i'm lying down and the meds are successful at keeping my resting heart rate >90 bpm ??

#initially i thought it could be anxiety or a panic attack but i never get these reactions when im stressed #its not related to an increase in activity either afaik #but sometimes the pain is worse than all my joint and nerve pain which is so scary #delete later but maybe other ist friends have similar experiences ??? they never take me seriously at the ER so i stopped going

the brain fog really got to me because i planted 6 woads on the same bed ??? when usually they're comfier with 2 or 3 per bed :'^(
